A Sunny Spring Brunch

With spring officially here (!) and Easter this Sunday, I wanted to share a few tasty seasonal dishes for your spring brunch.

A Sunny Spring Brunch Menu // Twin Stripe

Top Row:
Raspberry, Coconut & Almond Oatmeal Breakfast Loaf, Flourishing Foodie | I love breakfast bread, but I hate all of the sugar packed into them. This loaf only uses half a cup of sugar and instead relies on other delicious ingredients for the perfect breakfast treat.

Roasted Asparagus Wheat Berry Salad, A Beautiful Plate | Asparagus from the farmers market is one of my favorite spring veggies and this salad showcases it beautifully.

Middle Row:
Centerpiece, Oh Joy | Want a simple and elegant centerpiece? Pull out those beautiful glasses you never use and create a unique centerpiece with a bouquet of flowers and assorted greenery. Also, how adorable are the Oh Joy for Target small bite plates for your next brunch?

Roasted Broccolini, Bacon and Shallot Quiche, How Sweet It Is | Quiche is a brunch favorite. I love surprising guests with interesting fillings like this roasted broccolini, bacon and shallot quiche.

Bottom Row:
Fully Loaded Spring Samosas, My New Roots | These veggie-loaded samosas are perfect to nosh on pre-brunch. And better yet, they are gluten free!

Grapefruit Mimosas, Blahnik Baker | I love Blahnik’s take on the classic mimosas. It looks so festive garnished with fresh thyme.

What’s your favorite brunch recipe? What are you serving at your next spring brunch?

See you Thursday for a party-inspired DIY!
